that empowers and equips women with tools, resources, support and a safe space to reset, recharge, and rediscover their joy.
OUR MISSION
After trauma, heartache and loss comes the process of rebuilding one’s life emotionally, financially, professionally. HealHer Network is a mobile support group driven by journalist, domestic violence survivor and NFL mom Annie Apple. For many women, life doesn’t give us that time to exhale; therefore, we must take the time to invest in our own rebuilding and emotional health. What happens to us can derail our daily destiny and keep us stuck. So how do we find our center when life takes us to the edge? HealHer Network is where the rebuilding begins. From survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, to women battling depression, mothers who have lost their children to gun violence or suicide to the burdens of unmet expectations, HealHer Network empowers and equips women on how to take shelter from life’s storms to recharge, elevate and celebrate daily victories with a community of sisters united in our quest to be whole.
