About


Kathi Scott, Founder/President of Universal Woman Association and innerChanges Transformational Life Services. Her passion is helping others discover their life passion, by assisting them with moving through their own internal barriers and leaving behind disempowering patterns that have sabotaged them from stepping into the fullness of their personal power and potential

She is a workshop facilitator and leads a women's support group called, "Can We Talk?"

Annually, Kathi coordinates themed Women’s Conferences/Retreats which includes professional facilitated workshops that are motivational, inspirational and educational.

She is a licensed Life Coach since 2004 and a Certified Transformative Coach and Transformative Leadership educator and speaker since 2011.

In 2006, through Universal Woman Association, she introduced The Woman Awareness Expo to the Inland Empire. This Expo featured exhibitors who provide specific information and services that pertain to the well-being of women and children.

She was given a Proclamation by Mayor Ron Loveridge of the City of Riverside.

In 2007, Kathi served on the planning committee for The Riverside County Commission for Women’s Annual Luncheon Symposium entitled, “Changing the Faces of Homelessness”, and served on the Riverside YWCA Board of Directors.

In 2008, she was appointed by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors as 5th District Commissioner with the Riverside County, “Commission for Women” under County Supervisor Marion Ashley. She served two terms as Vice Chair, and two terms as Secretary.

Kathi has also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Riverside and

San Bernardino Counties, mentoring foster children.


She has been a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner since 1999

She is a Graduate of Leadership Moreno Valley Class of 2013.

Past President of Long Beach Holistic Chamber of Commerce.

She is currently serving as a Mentor for Sunburst Youth Academy
